Hair is mainly made up of keratin, a protein that gives it elasticity, strength and shine. It is synthesized from sulphur-containing amino acids, cystine and methionine, under the action of zinc and B vitamins. Keratin is also a major constituent of nails.

Dosage

Food supplement.

Take 2 capsules in the morning, for at least 3 months. May be repeated several times during the year, especially at a change of season. Swallow the capsules with a large glass of water, during breakfast.
