Organic beekeeping guarantees naturalness and authenticity by promoting practices that protect the environment, ensure animal well-being, and preserve biodiversity.

Royal Jelly
Royal jelly is primarily composed of water, along with sugars, proteins, lipids, minerals, and vitamins. It also contains various substances, including 10-HDA (10-hydroxydecanoic acid) and 10-H2DA (10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid) fatty acids. Its key component, apalbumin-1, is present at 2.5% in Arkoroyal® royal jelly*.

Honey
Honey is a complex substance with over 180 components. It is mainly composed of sugars, primarily fructose (38%) and glucose (31%), which are simple sugars that do not require digestion and are easily and directly absorbed by the body. Additionally, honey contains a wide variety of minor compounds, including phenolic acids and flavonoids, enzymes like glucose oxidase and catalase, ascorbic acid, carotenoids, organic acids, amino acids, proteins, α-tocopherol, and over 30 minerals (calcium, sodium, magnesium, potassium, copper, manganese, chlorine, and more).

Shake the ampoule before opening. Due to the natural nature of the product, a slight sediment may appear, but this does not affect its quality.

Tap each end of the ampoule with your index finger to weaken them. Using a paper towel, break off the first end away from the glass to prevent any debris from falling.

Turn the ampoule upside down and position the first opened end over the glass. Break the second end, away from the glass, using a paper towel. Allow the liquid to flow out. Add approximately half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).

Can an ampoule be diluted in something other than water?

Absolutely, you can dilute them in fruit juice or syrup. Due to their natural composition, some varieties may have a strong taste or smell. Fruit juice is a great alternative to mask any unpleasantness.

Should Arkoroyal® ampoules be kept refrigerated?

No. Arkoroyal® ampoules undergo a thermal treatment during production that protects them from microbiological growth. This gentle process is conducted at a temperature that preserves all their properties.

Does royal jelly cause weight gain?

Royal jelly, in small quantities, does not cause weight gain. It contains relatively little sugar (around 15%) compared to honey, for example (80%). Its caloric value is 140 kcal per 100 g, meaning that in one ampoule of Arkoroyal® (1,500 mg of royal jelly), it provides only 2 kcal—the equivalent of a single strawberry!
