Description

Properties and benefits
- Royal jelly: contains mainly water, proteins and sugars, but also lipids, minerals and vitamins, as well as fatty acids such as 10-HDA (10-hydroxydecanoic acid). Its nutritional properties are beneficial to bees.
- Ginseng (Panax ginseng): Thanks to its stimulating and fortifying properties, Ginseng helps reduce feelings of fatigue.
- Acerola (Malpighia glabra)
- Propolis: renowned for its high flavonoid content (a family of polyphenols). Propolis is therefore known as the hive's “natural shield”.

Usage tips
Dosage
Dietary supplement. From age 15.
Take 1 ampoule at breakfast, preferably diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml). Repeat several times a year, especially at seasonal changes.
Directions for use
Shake ampoule before opening. Given the natural nature of the product, a slight deposit may appear, but this in no way detracts from its quality.
Tap each end of the bulb with your index finger to weaken it. Using a paper towel, break the 1st end out of the glass to prevent any debris from falling out.
Turn the bulb upside down and place the 1st end on top of the glass. Break the 2nd end off the glass with a paper towel. Let the liquid drain out. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
Recommendations for use
Children, pregnant and breast-feeding women
This product is not recommended for children under 15, pregnant or breastfeeding women, in the absence of sufficient data on ginseng.
Drug interactions
Ginseng may interact with anti-vitamin K anticoagulants. If you are taking anticoagulants, ask your doctor for advice.
Ginseng may lower blood sugar levels. If you are under treatment for diabetes, ask your doctor for advice.
Allergies
This product is not recommended for people with a history of allergies to hive products.

Any questions ?
Is it possible to dilute an ampoule in something other than water?
Of course, you can dilute them in fruit juice or syrup. Given their natural character, some references may have a pronounced taste or smell. Fruit juice is therefore a good alternative for masking these discomforts.
Should Arkoroyal® ampoules be kept in a cool place?
No. Arkoroyal® ampoules, in their manufacturing process, undergo a heat treatment that protects them from microbiological development. This treatment is gentle and carried out at a temperature that preserves all its properties.
I'm taking anti-vitamin K. Is there any interaction with Arkoroyal® products?
Arkoroyal® Dynergie BIO contains plants (ginseng) that may interact with AVK-type anticoagulants, so it's advisable to check with your doctor before taking it.
Can people allergic to pollen develop an allergy to royal jelly and other bee products?

Does royal jelly cause weight gain?
Royal jelly, in small quantities, does not cause weight gain. It contains relatively little sugar (around 15%) compared to honey, for example (80%). Its caloric value is 140 kcal per 100 g, meaning that in one ampoule of Arkoroyal® (1,500 mg of royal jelly), it provides only 2 kcal—the equivalent of a single strawberry!
