Royal jelly: mainly water, proteins and sugars, but also lipids, minerals and vitamins, 10-HDA (10-hydroxydecanoic acid) and 10-H2DA (10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid) fatty acids. The most important ingredient is apalbumin-1 (2.5%) in Arkoroyal®* Royal jelly. It is beneficial for bees thanks to its nutritive and antibacterial properties. Royal jelly contains at least 100 times more apalbumin than honey. 

Lactic ferments (formerly known as “probiotics”) are bacteria or yeasts naturally present in the body. Numerous scientific studies have been carried out on their properties.
The quality of the strains is essential: we need to ensure that the bacterial strains are stable, and that their storage and production conditions are optimal, as well as the dosage, an important factor to take into account. Strains must be kept viable until the expiry date, thanks to optimized and reinforced packaging (protection against light and oxygen).

Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. It is a vitamin that helps maintain good health and strengthens the body's natural defenses to cope with seasonal changes.
