ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
- Royal jelly: contains mainly water, proteins and sugars, but also lipids, minerals, vitamins and fatty acids such as 10-HDA (10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid). This is a fatty acid specific to Royal jelly. It is the best-known and most extensively studied active ingredient in Royal jelly. Researchers attribute to it immunomodulatory and antibacterial activity. It is the quality marker exclusive to Royal jelly.
- Vitamin D and Selenium strengthen the immune system.
- Vitamin C helps reduce fatigue. Combined with B vitamins, it contributes to normal energy metabolism.
Usage tips
Dosage
Food supplement with sweetener. From the age of 3. Take one ampoule in the morning with breakfast, preferably diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml).
Directions for use
Shake ampoule before opening. Given the natural nature of the product, a slight deposit may appear, but this in no way affects its quality.
Tap each end of the ampoule with your index finger to weaken it. Using a paper towel, break the 1st end away from the drinks glass to prevent any debris from falling into it.
Turn the ampoule over and place the 1st opened end on top of the drinks glass. Break the 2nd end away from the drinks glass using a paper towel. Let the liquid drain out. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml).
Recommendations for use
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Precautions for use
Not recommended for people with a history of allergies to beehive products.

Does the product contain sugar?
The formula is sugar-free. Sugar has been replaced by steviol glycosides, derived from Stevia. They are non-caloric and non-cariogenic, and their sweetening power is 200 to 300 times greater than that of sugar.
Royal jelly contains “estrogen-like” substances. Should I advise against taking it if there is a history of hormone-dependent cancers?
The estrogen-like action of Royal jelly cannot be ignored, but there is no clinical data confirming a risk in cases of hormone-dependent cancer. Caution and the advice of a health professional may be recommended, but there is no need to advise against the use of Royal jelly, in the present state of knowledge.
