Thanks to its innovative sublingual spray, Arkorelax® Sommeil Flash provides scientifically proven rapid action through immediate release and absorption of the active ingredients:
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, at the start of the night or when you wake up at night. The effect is obtained after consuming 1 mg of melatonin at bedtime or when waking up at night.
Eschscholtzia is recognised for its beneficial effects on sleep quality, particularly in helping to reduce night-time awakenings. It also helps you relax and fall back asleep.

Usage tips
Some simple rules of life:
During the day
- Respect natural light, especially in the morning: the time of getting up must be regular, regardless of the length of the night spent (a lie-in does not make up for a bad night because these are not the same stages of sleep).
- Avoid stimulants after 4 p.m. (coffee, tea, sodas, vitamin C, etc.).
- Practice a sporting activity to have a healthy tiredness at bedtime.
- Stop taking a nap (or reduce it: no more than 20 minutes), to prevent it from encroaching on the "sleep capital" of the night.
In the evening
- Avoid heavy meals, which are difficult to digest. Respect a moment of relaxation between dinner and bedtime in order to digest in complete peace.
- Avoid intense physical or intellectual exercise (one hour before bedtime) and favor relaxation.
- Avoid screens that reproduce daylight and therefore do not promote falling asleep.
- Create an environment compatible with sleep, calm, without lighting, cool and reserve the bed for sleeping (the bedroom should not turn into a television room...).
- Do not go to bed too early, only when the urge arises (signs suggestive: yawning, loss of attention, fatigue...), but do not miss your time to fall asleep (sleep is organized in cycles: if you miss one you will have to take the next one!).
At night
- In the event of prolonged awakening, do not stay in bed ruminating on problems and constantly checking the time. Get up and go back to bed only when sleep returns.
Dosage
For adults only. Shake well before use.
2 sprays under the tongue before going to bed or during the night if you wake up.
Hold the bottle upright.
When first used, prime the pump with 2-3 sprays.

Recommendations for use
