Description
Arnica oil is in fact made by macerating arnica flowers in sunflower oil. Arnica is known for its calming, soothing, and relaxing qualities. Used before a work-out, sport competition, or just hiking, it helps prepare you for the physical effort required; used afterwards, it helps with muscle recovery and helps reduce fatigue. It has a positive effect on muscles and joints, particularly when they get sore and stiff, and also helps you recover from falls or blows. Sunflower oil, which is nourishing and protective, makes it possible to massage the product in.
