Usage tips
Dosage
Oral use. From age 12.
- Take 2 capsules in one go in the morning with a meal and a large glass of water.
Recommendations for use
- Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding in the absence of sufficient data.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Keep out of the reach of young children.
- Store away from light, heat and humidity.
