Lemon balm will help relieve nervous tension and irritability, while soothing gastrointestinal discomfort/problems, stomach cramps and occasional stress-related spasms, so you can relax.

Native to Asia Minor, Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), used since ancient Greece but only introduced to France in the Middle Ages, is a clump-forming, perennial plant whose upright stems bear waffle-like, opposite leaves which, when crumpled, give off a very mild, lemony scent.

Oral use. From age 12

  • Take 2 capsules in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening with meals and a large glass of water.

  • Not recommended during pregnancy or while breast-feeding.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
