Arkogélules® Busserole is a traditional herbal medicine used in women for the treatment of symptoms of benign, recurrent, lower urinary tract infections such as a burning sensation when urinating and/or in women who experience a frequent urge to urinate after a doctor has ruled out any serious illness.

Its use is restricted to the specified indication on the basis of length of use only.

For use in adult women only.

For oral use only. Swallow the capsule with a large glass of water.

Adult women:

  • 3 capsules 3 times a day to be taken with meals.
  • The duration of treatment should not exceed 1 week.
  • If you do not feel any improvement or if you feel less well after 4 days, consult a doctor.


Recommendations for use

  • Read the instructions carefully before use.
  • Ask your pharmacist for advice.
  • To be kept out of the reach of young children.
  • If symptoms persist for mre than 4 days or worsen, consult a doctor.
  • As a precautionnary measure, in the absence of sufficient data, it is not recommended to take this medicine during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

La busserole (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi)

This small shrub, whose Latin name means "bear's grape", produces red berries that bears are said to love. Bearberry is found in high altitudes. In Phytotherapy, it is its green and persistent leaves that are used.
