Activox® Tablets to be sucked is a medical device specially formulated to protect the mucosa and relieve sore throats and dry, irritated or allergic coughs.

Properties and benefits
Activox® Tablets, to be sucked, contain Marshmallow extract, rich in natural active ingredients (mucilage, polysaccharides, etc.), and sodium hyaluronate.
These active ingredients create a hydrogel film with a ‘barrier effect’ that protects the mucous membranes, helping to reduce throat irritation and inflammation and relieve dry, irritant or allergic coughs.
A sore throat is a symptom that should not be allowed to persist. Although generally benign, sore throats should not be taken lightly.
Usage tips
Reserved for adults and children over the age of 6.
Oral route. Allow to melt in the mouth, without crunching.
- Children from 6 to 12 years of age: Take 3 tablets, to be sucked, per day (away from meals). Intakes should be spaced at least 4 hours apart.
- Adults and teenagers over the age of 12: Take 3 to 6 tablets, to be sucked, per day (away from meals). Intakes should be spaced at least 2 hours apart.
Spread the intakes throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Contraindications
Do not use for the following cases:
For children under the age of 6.
In case of hypersensitivity to one of the constituents.
Precautions for use
Reserved for dry, non-productive coughs (not accompanied by phlegm).
As a precautionary measure, in the absence of sufficient data, not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Take the tablets at least one hour before or after any medication.
If symptoms persist after 4 days of treatment, consult a doctor.
Keep out of reach of children.
Storage conditions
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
