ACTIVOX® Syrup, with its exclusive polysaccharide complex of plant extracts and MUCOBARRYL® PLUS complex (larch arabinogalactan, Icelandic lichen thallus extract, karaya gum), forms a mucoadhesive gel with a protective action and a barrier capable of limiting contact with external agents and irritants.

ACTIVOX® Syrup helps to soothe coughs, protect mucous membranes, reduce burning and promote the elimination of secretions.

ACTIVOX® Syrup contains no gluten, lactose, colorants or synthetic preservatives.

Children aged 1 to 6: 5 ml twice a day.
Children aged 6 to 12: 5 ml up to 4 times a day.
Adults: 10 ml 2 to 4 times a day.

Shake the bottle before use to restore syrup homogeneity, and use the beaker to measure out the recommended quantity. Any deposits are due to the natural nature of the product and in no way affect its quality. After use, carefully close the bottle and rinse the measuring cup. Consume within two months of opening.

Precautions for use

This product contains glucose and fructose. This should be borne in mind by patients who monitor their sugar intake.  

For children under 12 years of age, use only on the advice of a physician. 
Do not use in cases of esophageal obstruction.
In case of hiatal hernia, consult your doctor before taking the product.

Interactions with food supplements and medicines

With regard to the ingredients of ACTIVOX® Syrup, at the doses used in the product, the only known interaction is a modification of ibuprofen pharmacokinetics by larch arabinogalactan. As a general rule, it is advisable to take the product two hours before or after taking medication or food supplements. Consult your doctor if you are taking medication.

Storage conditions

Store ACTIVOX® Syrup in a dry place away from sources of heat or direct light. Keep out of reach of children. Store between 8°C and 25°C. Close tightly after use.

Side effects

At the doses required to obtain a therapeutic effect, the appearance of side effects has never been reported. The only exception could be, in rare cases, mild and transient bloating due to the fermentation of polysaccharides in the intestine.

Do not use in case of individual allergy/hypersensitivity to ingredients. Do not use in case of known allergy to bees.
