Properties and benefits
Organic Beekeeping: A Production and Processing Method Respectful of the Environment, Animal Welfare, and Biodiversity
Organic beekeeping ensures naturalness and authenticity by fostering practices that are kind to the environment, that protect animal welfare and preserve biodiversity.
Royal jelly
Royal jelly is largely composed of water, along with sugars, proteins, lipids, minerals, and vitamins. It also contains numerous substances, such as 10-HDA (10-hydroxydecanoic acid) and 10-H2DA (10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid) fatty acids. Its main component is apalbumin-1, present at 2.5% in Arkoroyal® Royal jelly*.
Honey
Honey is a complex substance containing over 180 components. It is primarily made up of sugars, with fructose (38%) and glucose (31%) being the most abundant. These simple sugars require no digestion and are easily and directly absorbed by the body. Additionally, honey contains a wide range of minor compounds, including phenolic acids and flavonoids, enzymes like glucose oxidase and catalase, ascorbic acid, carotenoids, organic acids, amino acids, proteins, α-tocopherol, and more than 30 minerals (calcium, sodium, magnesium, potassium, copper, manganese, chlorine, etc.).

Usage tips
Dosage
Food supplement.
Take 1 ampoule in the morning, at breakfast, preferably diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml). The product can be taken several times throughout the year, especially during a change of season.
Directions for use
Shake the ampoule before opening. Due to the natural nature of the product, a slight sediment may appear, but this does not affect its quality.
Tap each end of the ampoule with your index finger to weaken it. Using a paper towel, break off the first end away from the drinks glass to prevent any debris from falling into it.
Turn the ampoule upside down and position the first opened end of the ampoule over the drinks glass. Break the second end, away from the drinks glass, using a paper towel. Allow the liquid to flow out. Add approximately half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
Children
Due to an increased risk of hypersensitivity to bee products in young children, this product is not recommended for children under the age of 3.

This product is not recommended for individuals with a history of allergies to bee products.

Any questions ?
Can the contents of an ampoule be diluted in something other than water?
Absolutely, you can dilute the contents in fruit juice or syrup. Due to their natural composition, some varieties may have a strong flavour or odour. Fruit juice is a great alternative to mask any unpleasantness.
Should Arkoroyal® ampoules be kept refrigerated?
No. Arkoroyal® ampoules undergo a thermal treatment during production that protects them from microbiological growth. This gentle process is conducted at a temperature that preserves all their properties.
Can people allergic to Pollen develop an allergy to Royal jelly and bee products?
Cases of allergies linked to the consumption of food supplements are regularly reported to ANSES as part of its nutrivigilance system. ANSES reminds us that individuals allergic to Pollen may potentially be at risk of developing an allergy when consuming foods or supplements made from bee products.

Does Royal jelly cause weight gain?
Royal jelly, in small quantities, does not cause weight gain. It contains relatively little sugar (around 15%) compared to honey, for example (80%). Its calorific value is 140 kcal per 100 g, meaning that in one ampoule of Arkoroyal® (1500 mg of Royal jelly), it provides only 2 kcal - the equivalent of a single strawberry!
