- Take 2 capsules in the evening at mealtime, with a large glass of water, for 10 days.
Given the natural character of the components, there may be slight differences in the color of the capsules, but this does not in any way alter the quality of the product.

Duoflash® is composed of plants and essential oils rigorously selected by Arkopharma Group experts.
- Valerian (Valeriana officinalis). Very common in Europe, valerian helps with stressful situations or tensions caused by stress. It aids in relaxation, promoting a return to calmness in case of irritability or overwork. Another of its properties is to help preserve the quality of sleep.
- California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica). California poppy is recognized for its beneficial effects on the quality of sleep, in particular by decreasing nocturnal awakenings. It is an excellent complement to valerian.
- Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia). More known for its fragrance than its use in phytotherapy, lavender aids in relaxation and facilitates falling asleep, especially when combined with other plants with calming properties such as valerian or California poppy.
- Marjoram (Origanum majorana). Indigenous to the Mediterranean Basin, marjoram is very popular in the culinary arts for its aromatic qualities. However, it offers others advantages! In phytotherapy, its essential oil, which is extracted from its flowering tops, is used to promote physical well-being and relaxation.

Plant-based coating: Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
INNER CAPSULE: Bulking agent: cellulose - Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) (120 mg) - California poppy shoot extract (Eschscholtzia californica) (8.4 mg) – Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.
