The first responsible apiculture label
Arkoroyal® is a pioneering product line, being the first to earn the responsible Apiculture Label from a respected independent body. This certification guarantees a royal jelly:
- of Premium Quality,
- from a pollution-free environment that is regularly inspected for air, water, and soil quality for 20 km² around the ARKOPHARMA hives,
- 100% from bees fed exclusively from natural or organic sources.
The responsible apiculture label also complies with a code of ethics (conditions for work, pay, living) with regard to our small-scale partner beekeepers.

Arkoroyal®: unidoses of restorative royal jelly and honey!
Royal jelly is used by worker bees to exclusively feed the one among them who will become the queen. This amazing food gives the queen bee a 40-times longer lifespan and a surprising level of productivity.
Royal Jelly contains a high proportion of water, but also sugars, proteins, lipids, minerals and vitamins, as well as a large number of substances such as 10-HDA fatty acids (10-hydroxy-decenoic acid) and 10-H2DA (10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid).
Although royal jelly was consumed in all the ancient civilizations, its properties were only identified a few decades ago.
Honey is a complex substance made up of more than 180 elements. It is mainly composed of sugars, the most important being fructose (38%) and glucose (31%), two simple sugars that require no digestion before absorption and are easily and directly assimilated by the body.
In addition, there is a wide variety of minor components, including phenolic acids and flavonoids, glucose oxidase and catalase enzymes, ascorbic acid, carotenoids, organic acids, amino acids, proteins and α-tocopherol and more than 30 mineral elements (calcium, sodium, magnesium, potassium, copper, manganese, chlorine etc.).
