Usage tips

For adults only.
- Take 1 vial per day.
- You may use the product several times a year if need be.
Instructions for use:
Shake the vial before opening. Because this is a natural product, there may be a small amount of sediment, but this does not in any way affect the quality of the product.
Tap each end of the vial with your index finger to weaken it. Using a paper towel, break off the first end away from the glass to avoid any falling debris.
Turn the vial over and place the first end over the glass. Break off the second end, away from the glass, using a paper towel. Allow the liquid to flow out. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding or for people under treatment for hypertension.
- Consult your doctor before using this product if you have cardiovascular problems.
- Stop using this product if you feel agitated or nervous.
- Dietary supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Keep out of reach of young children.

Arkofluids® is made from plants rigorously selected by Arkopharma Group experts.
- Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia syn. officinalis Mill). Lavender grows wild in the south of France. While it's better known for its fragrance, lavender is also used in phytotherapy to help people relax and get to sleep.
- Bitter orange (Citrus aurantium). Bitter orange is a fruit that has been used for food and as a traditional plant for thousands of years. It is originally from tropical regions of Asia. Its leaves have soothing, relaxing properties and help improve sleep.
- Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna, Crataegus laevigata). Hawthorn is a spiny bush with white flowers. It produces bright red berries in the autumn and grows at the edge of woods or in fields. It has relaxing properties that have been recognized since the Middle Ages. It particularly promotes quality sleep.
- Passiflora (Passiflora incarnata). Originally from the southern United States and now grown in Europe, passiflora has soothing properties. It helps improve sleep quality and also promotes relaxation in cases of mild anxiety or stress. Passiflora is often used in combination with hawthorn to release built-up tension and help bring back restorative sleep.
