To be taken orally. Only for adults and children ages 12 and up.

Adults: 4 capsules a day, to be taken between meals, with a large glass of water. On the advice of your pharmacist, the dose may be increased to 6 gel capsules per day.
Children ages 12 and up: 1 to 4 capsules a day, to be taken between meals, with a large glass of water.

This dietary supplement may reduce the body’s ability to absorb other medication. Consequently, you should allow at least 2 hours before taking any other medication.
