Usage tips

- Take 2 capsules per day with your evening meal, with a large glass of water.

- People who consume large amounts of grapefruit or alcohol should not take this product.

- Do not use in combination with fibrate type hypocholesterolemic treatments or if intolerant to statins.
- Not recommended in the event of liver or kidney disorders, hypothyroidism or muscular problems.

Composition
Red rice yeast (Monascus purpureus)
Red rice yeast comes from a microscopic fungus, Monascus purpureus, which produces a characteristic red pigment on rice. Red rice yeast contains several molecules called monacolins, including monacolin K.
Monacolin K has a beneficial effect on cholesterol levels. Taking 10 mg a day of monacolin K from red yeast rice helps maintain a healthy cholesterol level.
