Usage tips
To be taken orally.
For adults only.
- Take 1 capsule 3 times a day at mealtimes with a large glass of water.

Isphagula (Plantago ovata Forssk.), originating from India and Pakistan, is a plant that is 20 to 40 cm tall, able to grow in relatively poor soil and to withstand cold and hot conditions. It is the integument (seed coating) that is used in phytotherapy.
The plant is also known as "Indian plantago" and "blond psyllium" and owes its effectiveness to the coating around the seeds. On contact with water, this coating inflates, therefore increasing the volumes of stools and subsequently aiding their evacuation. However, to keep its promises, ispaghula must always be taken with enough water.
