Usage tips

- Adults: take 3 capsules a day with a large glass of water at mealtimes.
- Children ages 6 to 12: take 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water at mealtime.
- Children ages 13 to 18: take 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water at mealtimes.
- Not recommended for pregnant women.
