Usage tips
To be taken orally. Only for adults and teenagers ages 15 and up.
- 1 capsule 3 times a day, at mealtimes, to be swallowed with a large glass of water, preferably before meals.
- Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Burdock is a biennial, robust, herbaceous plant that grows in temperate regions and is commonly found in clearings. It is well known for its purple flowers arranged in clusters and surrounded by an involucre made out of many bracts, which tend to stick to clothes and hair.

- Burdock (Arctium lappa L.) root powder* - Corn starch - Anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.
* Obtained by freeze-grinding of Burdock roots, containing a minimum of 10 % inulin. - Capsule shell of plant origin: Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
